Since my younger sons are reading well on their own, we are working on more independence this year. Josiah is in his last year of elementary school and Gideon is in his next-to-last-year, so they need to gain more experience keeping track of what needs to be done. Also, if I fill out the assignment page every week, each day, they know when they are done.
I did start off using the fantastic pages available from Half-A-Hundred-Acre Wood, but I altered her design pretty significantly to add a spot for our Morning Time work that we all do together. If you don’t love this one, go check hers out. She has several styles, and one might suit you better this this does.
